LearnIrishGaelic.com has been established in 2006 as a sister site to IrishGaelicTranslator.com and Irish-Sayings.com. It is a collection of resources for those wishing to learn to speak Irish Gaelic. In Ireland, this Celtic langauge is simply called "Irish", and is called "Gaeilge" in Irish Gaelic.
IrishGaelicTranslator.com has been active since 2002 and has a thriving community - a mix of those simply seeking translations, but also those who help each other to improve their Irish. The forum there has over 50,000 registered members with over 350,000 posts. As that site grew, additional lanaguage learning resources were added, including information articles and product comparisons.
