Dictionary Overview

Searchable Irish dictionary. However, interface is quite old and not very intuitive. To search for an Irish word, untick "McBain's" and tick "Gramadach". Then type in the word you're searching for, and click on that word in the results.

Gramadach Lexicon
Harp, USA. 5 Jan 2007.

I tried unclicking Mc Bain and clicking Gramadach as you susuggested, and I entered the word 'cat' and I got back 'cat' instead of the cases for 'cat'-An Cat- na cait an chait- na gcat ag an gcat- ag na cait agus araile!

Do I need to do something else to get the cases for 'cat?' GRMA

It doesn't work anymore
Harp, USA. 28 Dec 2006.

Gramadach Lexicon used to be a great learning tool-it used to give all the cases for an Irish word, but it doesn't work anymore, and all inquiries to the site's owner have been unanswered! When will Gramadach be functional again?
